I call this my world wander map. Got it at the Sangsangmadang (상상마당 홍대) Design Square in Hongdae during my recent trip to Seoul. Colored the countries I’ve already visited, then scanned and pasted my passport stamps onto it.
In times when my feet are kept still, I look at maps to keep me dreaming. My mind wanders off… imagining trails, routes, itineraries. Where would my next adventure be?
The world has far too many corners to explore. In my lifetime, I may not be able to see them all. But I’m happy to be in the pursuit of an endlessly changing horizon.
